APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR GNM AND B.SC NURSING

The Prospectus and application shall be obtained by paying Rs 200/- either by cash or Demand Draft drawn in favour of "The Principal, CSI Kalyani College of Nursing” payable at Chennai.

The Following Should Be Submitted Along With The Completed Application Form

Xerox copies of
- SSLC Mark Sheet
- HSE (+1) Certificate
- HSE (+2) Csrtificate
- Transfer Certificate
- Community Certificate
- Income Certificate
- Aadhar Card
- Registration fees Rs 300/- for GNM and Rs 500/- for B.Sc (N) through cash or Demand Draft in favour of “ The Principal, CSI Kalyani College of Nursing” payable at Chennai.
